The PlayStation 4 version of Marvel Heroes Omega has been in a "closed beta" for the past few weeks, but that comes to an end tomorrow, May 18. This is to prepare for a re-launch next Tuesday, May 23, as an open beta for all. For one luck co-op fan out there, though, you can get a head start this Friday and win codes for all five Founders' Packs!
Okay, sure, so maybe Resident Evil: Revelations is over five years old now. And sure, maybe it was originally made for the 3DS. Still, it's a Resident Evil game that's coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and dagnabbit, that's good enough for me.
Gamera Interactive's debut title, Unit 4, is out next week so it's time to brush up on your platforming skills in order to reclaim your tribe's sacred artifact and save the galaxy. Probably in that order. I mean, it could have a third act twist where the sacred artifact was in you all along, but that seems unlikely.
Hacking - everyone's doing it, but nobody knows why. Locke and Jason dive into Hacktag to get a better understanding of this mysterious world and see if they can finally sneak past that rhino guard (spoilers: they can't).
The original plan for the Year Two DLC content for Rainbow 6 Siege would be, much like last year, it would get released over the course of four "seasons," with new operators, maps, and other goodies released each season. Plans do change, however, and Ubisoft has decided that they need to spend a little time addressing the overall health of the title for now instead of releasing new content.
Humans like to think of themselves as the top of the food chain, but we don't take into account Demons that love to feast on a bit of man flesh. Imagine then that these Demons were under attack by something more powerful again. Imagine no more, as the launch trailer for Demon's Crystals shows just that.
For too long, PC users have sat in their ivory towers, hoarding all the ninja FPS games to themselves and looking down upon those without. Starting May 19th, though, they'll be knocked down just a peg, as Shadow Warrior 2 will finally make its way from PC to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Montreal-based developer Paper Cult makes their game debut today with Fat Mask, an action puzzle-platformer that tasks players with matching colored blocks together to build big combos and score big points. While the title largely has a multiplayer focus, there is a co-op mode you can enjoy with some friends.
A couple of us are (somehow) already finishing up the school year in the latest Persona entry, but a few others are about to make the leap. Will they survive the latest and greatest in Japanese High School Simulation Technology? Will they discover things about themselves and their emotional baggage? Will they complete the game before the heat death of the universe? Find out on the next three hundred episodes of Weekend in Gaming!
No one likes Sonic and no one likes Tales, but a character you can get behind is Knuckles, the edgy echidna that gave the series some much needed attitude back in the day, in a Poochie the Dog kind of way. He returns as a playable character in the upcoming Sonic Mania and there is footage to prove it.
Sure the Xbox One has plenty of characters, but what do they have in the way of action characters? And I don't mean your Chief Mastersons and your Arbiters, I'm talking 80's take-no-prisoners action heroes. The types of folks that are always here to kick ass and do another thing, but the other thing is never available for some reason. Well, whatever the count, they're about to get more, cause Tango Fiesta is about to make its way to the platform.
Sure, the latest and greatest entry in the Call of Duty franchise was just recently announced, but that doesn't mean you can't still enjoy last year's entry, right? Jason Blundell, the co-Studio Head for Treyarch Games, took to JCBackfire's YouTube channel last week to announce a zombies bundle for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. This new DLC for the game includes some remastered zombie maps from Call of Duty's past.
