The release schedule on XBLA may not be as busy as it once was, but there are still quality co-op games being released on the platform. AirMech Arena is a good example. This 4 player co-op free-to-play RTS has exited Beta and is now on official 360 release.
Borderlands' online multiplayer will soon be returning to PC via Steam! Players will once again be able to scour the world of Pandora for loot, battle, and grand adventuring with fellow gamers, just as intended.
Adding new characters and creation tools to LittleBigPlanet 3 is exactly what the franchise needed to stay fresh. When we saw the gameplay demo at Sony's E3 conference we couldn't help but smile. Previously thought to be exclusive to the PS4, we've recently learned that LittleBigPlanet 3 will also release for PS3 at the same time, on November 18, 2014.
Looks like we're getting some advanced tactics from the minds down at Defense Grid 2. This week's new technique: not building your fancy laser towers directly in the path of the encroaching enemy. Here to help narrate these developments is General Fletcher, the man who elected to have his conscious eternally fixed in a giant planet-sized defense system with enough firepower to stop an alien invasion. I'm just waiting for him to slip up and read a "1" in stead of a "0" and accidentally initiate the Annihilate All Mankind Protocol. He is British, though, so he'd waste everybody very politely.
Last night we checked out the early access version of Over 9000 Zombies! The game is a twin-stick shooter developed by Loren Lemcke and published by Mastertronic. It has a slight retro vibe to it, but incorporates some modern gameplay features like online play.

Six-player raids have been a subject of both interest and concern since their announcement, but Bungie wants to lay fears to rest.
Summer blockbuster films still thrill us at Co-Optimus Towers, but the tie in games rarely do. Thankfully, Marvel have not gone down the Guardians of the Galaxy: The Video Game route, but are instead piggybacking on the successful Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition with a new Skin Pack.
We took a month hiatus to play (and stream some games) during the boring summer months. Join Locke, Nick, Mike and Jason as they chat the latest news with some surprise announcements, discuss the games they've been playing and then deep dive into the Destiny beta.
Since Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition is coming to PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 this August 19th, we thought we'd spread the word on a special feature included for those of you who've played the original versions on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.
Awe yeah. Your friends, family, significant other, or super awesome crush is over and it’s time to game. But wait… your second controller just broke! Or you can’t find that awesome co-op game you’ve been aching to try! No matter. Some of the best co-op experiences are made when you're doing something you’re n...
ACE Team’s latest, Abyss Odyssey, is a 2D platforming brawler with rogue-like and RPG elements. It’s an interesting mix up of ideas and one that works very well in a single-player session. On the co-op side, it’s more of a mixed bag....
