Exclusive outfits! Magical Items! Japanese voice-overs?

Souls Sacrifice US Release Date, Pre-order Bonuses Revealed

Soul Sacrifice finally has an official release date. The four player cooperative game will be available in retailers and downloadable through the PlayStation Network on April 30th. Set in a dark fantasy world, players must sacrifice objects to harness magical spells. The more valuable the item, the more powerful the magic.  "Swordmaster's Seedlings" and "Giant's Bones" are good for basic combat, but what happens when you are faced with a truly  daunting enemy? Maybe you'll have to sacrifice one of your own limbs, or another player -- maybe even yourself.

Beams of death and even cooperative enemies

Co-Optimus Exclusive: FORCED Co-Op Gameplay Videos

Not too long ago, though it certainly seems that way in gaming years, we spoke with indie developer BetaDwarf about their upcoming four-player co-op arena title, FORCED. The basic premise is that you're part of an enslaved people that are forced to compete in battles with the possible hope of surviving and eventually gaining freedom. Taking cues from Diablo, Left 4 Dead, and even Smash TV (in a way), the developers at BetaDwarf were hoping to get some additional Kickstarter funds to help see the game through.

Examining Just how co-op is going to work

SimCity Beta Impressions

This past weekend, SimCity held a closed beta test for a select group of individuals to test out some very basic features of the game and give EA's server infrastructure a good ol' workout.  While the beta didn't feature any of the multiplayer functionality, there was plenty of opportunity to see just how cooperative play is going to work when the title is released on PC on March 5th.
