Don't have the time to watch? Make the time. It's well worth it.

Hordes of Gears of War: Judgment Footage and Screenshots Hit the Internet

It is quite alright to be skeptical about another Gears of War game coming out so soon after the legendary trilogy was completed. However, don’t make a final judgment call before watching some epic gameplay videos and seeing some new screenshots first. It’s sort of hard not to get fired up about what’s to come out of Gears of War: Judgment next year from what we’ve seen here.

Better with Kinect?

Dead Space 3 Gets Kinect Voice Commands, New Trailer Focuses On Co-Op

Dead Space 3 is less than two months away. The space horror franchise will feature a cooperative campaign, a first for the series. Today we found out the game will also be compatible with the Xbox 360's Kinect peripheral. Don't worry. You won't be forced to defend yourself from Necromorphs by flailing around like a maniac. Dead Space 3 will use the Kinect's microphone for simple voice commands such as, "Find partner, Fire stasis!" and "Attack enemy!"

Float like a butterfly, sting like a butterfly

Borderlands 2 Patched, Multiple Fixes, Badass Rank Resets, Bee Shield Nerfed

Borderlands 2 received a a rather large patch today. The 3 MB patch offers better Badass Rank protection, reduces the level cap for DLC raid bosses in Normal Mode,  fixes the Fleshstick leveling exploit, and it also alters how Amp damage is applied to projectiles. Basically, they nerfed the Bee Shield, so I hope you didn't spend too much time farming it. You can see a full list of the patch details after the break.

The 8-bit Zombie Shooter Finds New "Unlife" on Steam

Dead Pixels Shambles onto Steam, Code Giveaway

One of my favorite indie co-op games from last year, and even still today, was Can’t Strife Right Studios’ zombie shooter meets 8-bit beat ‘em up, Dead Pixels. It was a fresh take on a genre/theme of games (i.e., zombies) that is starting to wear its welcome out a bit. Between the ‘70s film grain effect, the nods and winks at various zombie games/films that came before, and the RPG elements, Dead Pixels was the kind of game that got me started on the whole indie kick in the first place. Now, the joy of killing 8-bit zombies can be shared even more with friends and family as Dead Pixels has arrived on Steam, and it has brought with it a handful of goodies.

Play LittleBigPlanet 2 WiiU style

LittleBigPlanet 2 to Introduce "Cross-Controller" Play in DLC

Do you think that LittleBigPlanet 2 would be perfect for a WiiU game? Sony thinks so, but rather than bringing the game to the new WiiU console, an upcoming DLC pack for LBP2 will introduce cross-controller play between the Playstation 3 and the Playstation Vita. This is great news to gamers who already own a PS3 and a Vita, but probably sad news for WiiU owners who don't have those two consoles.

Gamers Beware: Men in Black Alien Crisis Is Not Co-Op

The Men in Black movies would seem like a natural fit for a good co-op shooter. Agents work in pairs, solving mysteries, getting into crazy shenanigans, and zapping more than their fair share of aliens, bug eyed or otherwise. This past May, to coincide with the third movie, a tie-in game was released for Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii. The best information we had at the time was that the game had split-screen co-op, and so we gave MIB: Alien Crisis a little coverage.
